In the Strategic Business Advice Practice we advice companies outside India to achieve goals related to entering the Indian market either as a customer or as a supplier. Examples of initiatives in which we have helped clients include setting up captive operations in India, researching the Indian market for introducing new products or services, finding and managing suppliers, negotiating and re-negotiating contracts.
We also assist Indian companies with their strategic initiatives in countries outside India.
