Below is a fuller description of the current open positions in our company. All positions are in Mumbai.  Compensation for all positions will consist of a market level salary and a significant upside by way of bonuses that will be aligned with the business goals of the company.


Associate :


We seek to fill three Associate positions with individuals who have a technical background at the bachelor’s level, and a graduate level Management degree, and up to two years of work experience in Engineering, Management or Finance. The Associate will be expected to support Partners in their deal closings, with largely back-office and occasional front-office responsibilities. We are looking for candidates who possess analytical capabilities, strong oral and written communication skills, a high level of initiative, a demonstrated desire to succeed, integrity, and the ability to work in a non process-oriented environment.

Principal :

We would like to fill up to two Principal positions with candidates having an undergraduate engineering background, up to five years of Engineering, Management, or Finance industry work experience, and a graduate degree in Management from a premier institution.  The primary job responsibility of the Principal will be to close deals. Required skills include strong negotiation skills, analytical capabilities, strong oral and written communication skills, a high level of initiative, a demonstrated desire to succeed, integrity, and the ability to work in a non process-oriented environment. Principals will be required to lead a deal team, and therefore people leadership skills will be an asset. Finally, cross-border transactions often require the Principal to travel domestically and internationally. Candidates for these positions should be able and willing to undertake such travel, often at short notice, and for extended periods.


Partner :


We would like to fill up to two Partner positions with candidates having an undergraduate engineering background, up to five years of Engineering, Management, or Finance industry work experience, and a graduate degree in Management from a premier institution.  The primary job responsibility of the Partner will be to source and close deals. Required skills include a demonstrated ability to generate relationships at the level of M&A and Investment decision makers among buyers and sellers, as well as strong negotiation skills. In addition to these, we expect candidates to possess analytical capabilities, strong oral and written communication skills, a high level of initiative, a demonstrated desire to succeed, integrity, and the ability to work in a non process-oriented environment. Partners will be required to lead a deal team, and therefore people leadership skills will be an asset.   Finally, cross-border transactions often require the Partner to travel domestically and internationally.
